Booking and contact
The form prepares an email in your own email app; the website does not store the entries. We process your name, phone number, date, time, guest count and optional note to handle the booking or enquiry under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Booking emails are normally deleted 90 days after the booking date; other enquiries within one year after closure, unless a legal obligation or legal claim requires longer retention.
Technical data and hosting
OpenAI hosts this website through ChatGPT Sites and may process technical log data for operation, security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure website operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. OpenAI's own privacy and hosting terms also apply.
External services
Wolt, Foodora, Google Maps, Google reviews and the Passtastic loyalty-card page are independent services. Their privacy terms apply when you open them. Joining the loyalty programme and managing the card take place in Passtastic's system. The Broski website does not use its own analytics or marketing cookies.
Recipients and transfers
Booking details are available only to the people handling your request. OpenAI and processors listed in its terms may process technical data. For transfers outside the EEA, OpenAI uses the safeguards described in its privacy policy.
Your rights
